Tulsa Vet Center to Host Open House & Benefit Day

All Veterans, their families and other community stakeholders are invited to attend a Tulsa Vet Center Open House & Benefit Day event on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is also open to the public.

Vet Center staff will be available to discuss free services to eligible Veterans including, but not limited to:

• Individual, group, and family/marriage readjustment counseling to assist Veterans in making a successful transition from combat, to civilian life.
• Combat stress treatment and help with other related problems that affect functioning within the family, work, school or other areas of everyday life.
• Military sexual trauma and bereavement counseling.

Vet Center staff respects the privacy of all clients and holds information in the strictest confidence. No information is communicated to any person or agency without written consent, except in necessary circumstances to avert a crisis.

During the Open House & Benefit Day, attendees can also learn about federal and state benefits, and community resources available to Veterans.

The Tulsa Vet Center is located at the Eastland Mall (21st & 145th) South East Entrance, 14002 E. 21st St. Suite 200.
