Veterans, Military Members Invited to Attend Free Oklahoma Defenders Football Game

The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center (JCMVAMC) will host a Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Night on April 21 during an Oklahoma Defenders indoor professional football game.

The game will be held at the Pavilion at Expo Square in Tulsa with kickoff at 7:05 p.m.  Doors will open at 6:05 p.m. for the game vs. the Sioux City Bandits.

Veterans, active duty, National Guard and Reserve troops can get a FREE ticket to the game at the door with a military or VA ID.  Tickets for family members and VA employees (with ID) can be obtained for $9.00 at the ticket window.

JCMVAMC will also hold a reception before the game, which will provide an opportunity for Veterans and military members to learn more about VA health care and benefits from VA staff.  The following sponsors will also have information booths at the reception: DirecTV, Disabled American Veterans, Glacier Confection, Gold’s Gym, GI Wishes, Massage by Shaunda and Neuro Restorative Oklahoma.
