The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center has a Police Service. Our officers provide 24-hour patrols of the facility and parking lots. For general police assistance, please dial extension 3807. Report all suspicious or criminal activity, vehicle accidents, and personal property losses to the VA Police while on the facility grounds as soon as possible. Because the VA Medical Center is federal property, all persons and bags are subject to search. In addition, no weapons, alcohol, or illegal drugs are permitted.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located in the Business Office, which is near Starbucks on the 1st Floor of Bldg. 53. If you have lost an item, please stop by or call 918-577-3848.
As part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) commitment to provide excellent health care for Veterans, VA implemented a new policy restricting smoking by employees, patients, visitors, volunteers, contractors and vendors at its health care facilities on Oct. 1, 2019.
The Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) smoke-free policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, any other combustion of tobacco and non-Federal Drug Administration approved electronic nicotine delivery systems, including but not limited to electronic or e-cigarettes, vape pens or e-cigars.
A nondenominational and nonsectarian chapel is located on the first floor at the south end of the hospital. Protestant Worship Services are held at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays. Patient dress is hospital pajamas. Family and friends are welcome.
Patients may view the services live in their rooms on Ch. 4 at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday. Please contact our Chaplain Service at extension 3861 for additional information or to speak with one of our Chaplains. Visit our Chaplain Service page for more information.
Members of the clergy are welcome to visit patients who are members of their particular religious group at any time at the discretion of the unit physicians or nurses.
Food and Beverages
Visitors may not bring food or beverages to patients without authorization from unit physicians or nurses.
An ATM is located just outside of the Emergency Department in the Main Entrance of the medical center.
